Ancona is the city with the most important port on the Adriatic - there are regular ferry departures for Greece and Turkey - but it's also a delightful place on its own, with diverse historical and architectural treasures. There's the Arco di Triano from the Roman epoch, and the gothic Loggia dei Mercanti. There's the Roman-style Cathedral of Santa Maria della Piazza, and there's the San Francesco delle Scale preserving paintings by Tiziano and Lotto. Finally, there is a Duomo of white and pink stone. The hostel is located in the heart of Ancona just near the railway station. The hostel has many rooms , 56 beds in total, the dorms are fine and is opened 24-hours a day. The rooms are equipped with four beds and a cabinet to hold clothes, which also has extra sheets. The bathrooms and showers are located on each floor, and they work fine with no problems. There is also a dining area on the first floor, equipped with a kitchen and some tables for eating and socializing.
